OUR ONLINE PRESCRIPTION SERVICE HAS CHANGED

Patients on long-term medication can order repeat prescriptions in the following ways:
- on Telephone - (79361000) leave clear message on the script line 9.30AM - 4PM Monday - Friday
- On LINE - CALL INTO THE PRACTICE TO COLLECT YOUR ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM
Requests should be made at least 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE
URGENT SCRIPTS OR HOSPITAL SCRIPTS WILL BE READY AFTER 5PM.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
